Terms of Service — Subify

In this document:

• “Subify” means the digital platform, the Telegram mini app and the related services.
• “User” means any person using the platform.
• “Seller” means a user who lists or sells digital products.
• “Buyer” means a user who purchases digital products.
• “Digital Products” include software, licenses, gaming accounts, gift cards, digital subscriptions and other permitted virtual content.
• “Escrow” means the temporary fund-holding system used by Subify.

Subify operates exclusively as a technological intermediary between buyers and sellers.

Subify:

• does not own the products sold by users;
• does not guarantee the legality, quality or functionality of listed products;
• is not responsible for users’ actions;
• does not directly take part in commercial agreements between users.

Every transaction takes place directly between seller and buyer.

By using Subify, you declare that you:

• are at least 18 years old, or the minimum age required by your jurisdiction;
• have full legal capacity;
• use the platform in compliance with applicable laws;
• do not use the platform for fraudulent or illegal activities.

Users are responsible for the security of their own Telegram account and any associated credentials.

Subify is not responsible for:

• unauthorized access;
• loss of credentials;
• account theft;
• activity carried out through compromised accounts.

Users are fully responsible for all activity performed through their account.

Subify only allows the sale of digital products permitted by the platform.

Some products may be subject to the terms of service of third-party platforms.

The user understands and accepts that:

• some gaming accounts may be suspended or banned by the original publishers;
• some digital subscriptions may be limited by the original providers;
• some software may require additional licenses.

Subify does not guarantee the persistence or validity of products on third-party services.

The sale or listing of the following is strictly prohibited:

• stolen data;
• phishing tools;
• malware;
• ransomware;
• illegal exploits;
• bank accounts;
• payment cards;
• fake documents;
• content obtained fraudulently;
• harmful software;
• illegal hacking tools;
• copyright-infringing content;
• any product that is illegal under applicable laws.

Subify reserves the right to:

• remove content;
• suspend accounts;
• freeze funds;
• cooperate with the competent authorities,

without prior notice.

All payments on Subify are made exclusively in cryptocurrency.

The user understands and accepts that:

• blockchain transactions are irreversible;
• any errors when sending crypto are the user’s responsibility;
• Subify does not guarantee the recovery of funds sent in error.

All crypto transactions are considered final.

Subify uses an escrow system to protect both buyers and sellers.

Purchase process

1. The buyer makes the payment.
2. Funds are temporarily held by the escrow system.
3. The seller delivers the digital product.
4. The buyer verifies the received product.
5. The buyer taps the “Received” button.
6. Funds are released to the seller.

The “Received” button represents the final confirmation that the product has been correctly received.

Once tapped:

• the transaction is considered completed;
• funds are released to the seller;
• no refund will be available;
• no dispute will be accepted.

The user is responsible for fully verifying the product before final confirmation.

Before the “Received” confirmation, both parties can contact Subify support in case of issues.

Subify may:

• analyse evidence;
• request screenshots;
• review chats and deliveries;
• temporarily freeze funds;
• decide the outcome of the dispute.

Subify’s final decision shall be considered definitive and binding.

All services and products are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”.

Subify does not guarantee:

• continuous uptime;
• absence of errors;
• permanent availability;
• product functionality;
• software compatibility;
• the absence of bans or restrictions by third-party platforms.

Subify shall not be liable for:

• economic losses;
• loss of data;
• account bans;
• suspensions by third-party services;
• loss of access to products;
• scams between users;
• indirect or consequential damages.

Use of the platform is entirely at the user’s own risk.

Subify monitors suspicious activity and reserves the right to:

• block transactions;
• freeze funds;
• restrict accounts;
• request additional verification;
• cooperate with the competent authorities.

Subify may suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice in case of:

• breach of the Terms;
• suspicious activity;
• fraud;
• abusive disputes;
• scam attempts;
• listing of prohibited products.

All trademarks, logos, designs and content of the platform belong to Subify or their respective owners.

Unauthorized copying or distribution is prohibited.

By using Subify, you accept the collection and processing of the data necessary to operate the platform, including:

• Telegram username;
• wallet address;
• activity logs;
• IP addresses;
• device information.

Data may be used for:

• security;
• fraud prevention;
• disputes;
• legal compliance.

Subify may modify these Terms at any time.

Changes will take effect immediately upon publication.

By continuing to use the platform, the user automatically accepts the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted under the jurisdiction chosen by the platform.

Any disputes will be resolved according to applicable laws.
